TV program “Gasztroangyal” at Tornai Winery

Marcsi arrives with the guest of the program, Etelka Meixner-Hegyi, ceramist, who immediately rides a bike with Anna Tornai to see Somló Hill. Because at the cellar there are bicycles for rent and we offer a biking map too for our guests to explore the surroundings. There are plenty of things to see and do: the Somló landscape, the architectural heritage and of course the wine offer a unique experience that it is worth to repeat again and again.

While the girls are biking, Marcsi and Tamás Tornai start cooking with our chef Norbert Fekete, while talking about the unique features of Somló: special volcanic soil, climate and local grape varieties, such as the Juhfark, altogether can produce wines, which also compete with the world's greatest. The triple make a simple, but very delicious dish: grilled catch fish with vegetables and dill vinegrette.
